Hungry motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to managing and growing accounts
Software sales partnerships management (resellers co-sellers etc.) and/or account management experience
Confident in leading meetings with multiple stakeholders following up accordingly and managing customer needs and expectations
Ability to hunt new for new opportunities and run an entire sales cycle
Comfortable being the face of the company at in-person meetings and conferences
Experience with and/or interest in the transportation industry
Strong analytical skills
Ability to navigate complex sales environments and manage multiple partner relationships.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or channel sales preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
Working knowledge of APIs
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partners with demonstrated ability to achieve double-digit growth targets.
Experience reviewing partner forecasts sales data and market analysis to drive actionable business decisions.
Deep understanding of sell-with and sell-through strategies
Strategic Thinking: Ability to take a long-term view and build a comprehensive channel growth strategy.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable analyzing data identifying trends and creating actionable insights.
Relationship Management: Skilled in building trust and maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges before they become problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
