The Financial Adviser Services (FAS) &Corporate SystemsTechnologyteamis responsible for:

Building and supportingthe technology that connects our FAS Crew to Advisers uplifting their value for the end client.

Engineeringthe Martech foundations that power Marketings ambitionturning strategy into scalable personalised client experiences.

Developingour Contact Centretechnologythatprovidesexceptional clientservice.

Delivering Corporate Systemstechnology solutions across more than 15 business teams spanning 7 divisions.

As aDynamics 365Application Specialistsupporting ourFinancial Adviser Servicesbusiness your focus ison deliveringSales and Customer Servicefunctionalitythrough the CRM. The role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery of business capability from requirements capture to solution deliverytrainingand support.

Responsibilities include:

Capturing business requirements andidentifyingunderlying business needs.

Writing user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Designing solutionsleveragingout-the-box Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability.

Running iterative prototyping sessionswith business stakeholders.

Collaborating with other Dynamics 365 teams toidentifyreuse of existing functionality or joint build opportunities for new reusable functionality.

Building Dynamics 365 functionality within managed solutions including:

Customizingentities creating attributes configuring formsviewsand dashboards.

Configuringbusiness rules processes and Power Automate Flows.

Collaborating withglobalCRM Dev team on designimplementationand testing of functionality requirement development.

Collaborating with local and globalbusiness andtechnical teams to implement dependent capability.

Supportingtheproduct ownerwithacceptance testing.

Providing production release support.

Produce business changecollateral anddeliverend-user training.

Providing post-go-live support to business users.

Ensuring overall CRM data quality standards aremaintainedby resolving data exceptions and improving processes.

Maintaining and updating CRM records as requested by the business.

Required knowledge and experience:

7years experiencein developing and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions includingbusiness rules processes and Power Automate Flows.

5 years Financial Services Experiencebeneficial.

Experience working in anAgileand Scrumteams.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience with widerPower Platformcapability and Power BI beneficial.
