The position
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team to support the execution coordination and continuous development of Marketing Communications initiatives across multiple countries within the Central Northern Europe and Emerging Markets region collaborating closely with local country teams.
Main accountabilities:
Your mission will be to execute & support the marcom activity & marketing campaigns:
Contribute to the execution and follow-up of marketing and communication initiatives across multiple markets.
Coordinate and brief external partners (creative agencies freelancers content creators).
Adapt global and central content for local markets ensuring brand consistency.
Support the management of centralized digital content across multiple channels (social media newsletters web marketplaces).
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product information into clear and effective communication materials.
Help organize marketing assets documentation and campaign calendars contributing to the improvement of internal processes.
What we expect from you:
Degree in Marketing Communication Business Project Management or a related field.
Languages: Proficient professional English (written & spoken) & Spanish.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing preferably in a B2B and/or international environment.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) Digital Asset Management systems (DAMs) and content coordination tools used in multi-country environments.
Experience supporting localization processes translations or multi-language content.
Action-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
Comfortable working with external agencies and diverse stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of design and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) to facilitate effective collaboration with agencies.
Copy writing in digital platforms & PR.
Interest in process improvement efficiency tools and emerging technologies (including AI-based solutions).
