We are currently looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team supporting a premium automotive brand. Your responsibilities
- In this position you will support prospective customers who have already shown interest in a product. Your role will focus on maintaining high-quality communication and delivering a premium customer experience.
- Main tasks include:
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers after their initial product inquiry
- Represent a well-known luxury automotive brand in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Identify customer needs address questions and provide additional information about the product
- Detect potential concerns or hesitation points including pricing or product details
- Document conversations and summarize insights for internal sales teams
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the follow-up process
- Ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of a premium brand
Requirements

Fluent Flemish and good command of English
Minimum high school diploma (studies in business communication or automotive fields are a plus)- Previous experience in customer service sales or client support is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in the automotive industry especially premium brands
- Ability to follow structured call processes and provide clear written reports

Professional and organized approach when handling customer interactions
