Job Description
We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Onboarding Account Manager to join an international team in Barcelona. In this role you will support businesses in setting up and optimizing their digital advertising campaigns while building strong client relationships and driving long-term growth.
Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and support them in setting up digital marketing campaigns

Develop and optimize PPC advertising campaigns

Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients

Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Identify upselling opportunities and increase campaign spend

Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
Requirements
-
C2 level of German and English
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing

Previous client-facing experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience with PPC campaigns and digital marketing tools

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data

Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
Working Hours
Monday Friday
39 hours per week
