What Youll Do:

Handle structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers.
Represent a premium automotive brand professionally maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns especially regarding pricing and product options.
Record and summarize key insights from interactions to support sales teams.
Maintain continuity by managing follow-up and offer-related calls with the same customers.
Ensure all customer communications reflect the brands premium standards.

Who You Are:

Fluent in Dutch and English.
High school diploma minimum; degree in business communications or automotive studies is a plus.
Experience in customer service or sales ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
Strong communicator confident with high-end or executive clients.
Passionate about the automotive industry and premium products.
Professional structured and discreet especially when handling sensitive topics.
Comfortable working with scripted calls and submitting clear post-call reports.
