Job Summary
We are building a technology-driven company focused on early childhood development (06 years).
Our goal is to create products and content that are scientifically grounded developmentally appropriate and meaningful in real life not just theoretically sound.
We are looking for a Child Development & Content Specialist who would like to be part of a technology companys zero-to-one journey contributing to a product with strong social impact while working closely with a small focused team.
This role is well suited for new graduates or professionals with 12 years of experience who are curious research-driven and motivated to grow within a product-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct research on child development with a strong focus on 06 age group particularly cognitive development
Translate scientific research into clear practical and child-appropriate insights
Contribute to the creation and review of educational content such as stories games audio content blog posts and learning materials
Support the development of a pedagogical framework that guides product and content decisions
Produce written content for blog articles and social media based on scientific references not trends
Participate in meetings and interviews with kindergartens and educators
Support pilot studies and help collect and interpret feedback from teachers parents and children
What Were Looking For
Degree in Child Development Psychology Pedagogy Preschool Education or a related field
Strong interest in early childhood development and learning sciences
Enjoys reading researching and working with scientific sources
Analytical mindset with attention to depth rather than surface-level insights
Clear and structured written communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving
Motivated to learn take ownership and grow with the team
