- Provide first and second-line IT support for hardware software and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts system access and device configurations
- Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools
- Ensure system availability performance and security
- Maintain IT documentation and support procedures
- Support and coordinate IT and digital projects from planning to implementation
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to system implementations migrations and integrations
- Deliver user training and onboarding support related to IT systems and digital tools
- Prepare training materials and user documentation
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support digital workplace platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Software Engineering Information Technologies Management Information Systems or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT within a business environment
Experience in IT support system implementation and project coordination
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies
Experience with Power BI and data visualization is a plus
Understanding of automation and process improvement
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset
Ability to take initiative and work independently when required
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
