Associate Brand Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney Australia. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies across our womens health portfolio. This is a hands-on position where youll develop marketing materials support omnichannel campaigns coordinate events and contribute to product launches and lifecycle activities. Operating in an agile fast-paced environment this role requires creativity initiative and the ability to balance autonomy with cross-functional collaboration.

About you

Strong graphic design capability with experience using Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop

Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively demonstrating initiative and accountability

Self-starter with the curiosity and confidence to learn new tools systems and ways of working

About the role

Support execution of brand strategies and tactical plans across the womens health portfolio

Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials including sales aids digital content event collateral and training resources

Play a hands-on role in graphic design and content creation

Adapt global marketing assets for the Australian market ensuring compliance and alignment with local strategy

Assist in executing omnichannel campaigns across digital email social and traditional platforms

Support pre-launch launch and post-launch activities for new and existing products

Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing events including conferences and educational meetings

Collaborate with Sales and Medical teams to ensure alignment and compliance

Manage submission of materials through internal compliance processes and liaise with regulatory bodies as required

Track marketing spend support budget reconciliation and assist with reporting and presentations
