About the role:
You will play a key role in building and optimizing a high-performing sales pipeline within the CRM collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to refine messaging pricing strategies and sales playbooks. The ideal candidate is data-driven proactive and skilled at identifying upsell opportunities across plans add-ons and user licenses while tracking key performance indicators such as conversions pipeline health and churn-related insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell CRM subscriptions to SMBs and growing businesses
Manage the full sales cycle: lead demo close
Conduct product demos and explain CRM value clearly
Build and optimize sales pipelines inside the CRM
Collaborate with product and marketing teams
Develop pricing strategies sales scripts and playbooks
Identify upsell opportunities (plans add-ons users)
Track KPIs conversions and churn-related insights
Requirements and Skills:
3 years experience in SaaS or software sales
Proven track record selling subscriptions or platforms
Strong demo presentation and objection-handling skills
CRM experience (HubSpot Pipedrive Salesforce etc.)
Understanding of SMB sales cycles
Data-driven organized and performance-oriented
