Job Summary: Amithi Energy is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operation Head to manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities. The candidate should have strong coordination skills good communication in English and solid system knowledge including Tally and Excel.
Key Responsibilities: -
Handle complete day-to-day operations of the company

Coordinate with customers regarding orders payments and delivery updates

Manage dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery

Maintain operational records and reports using Tally & MS Excel

Monitor stock billing and documentation

Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments

Address customer queries professionally and promptly
Required Skills: -
Good communication skills in English
