Job Summary

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM and attend to emergency breakdowns for sterile equipment including Vial Filling machines Lyophilizers (Freeze Dryers) and Autoclaves.
Mechanical Seals & Gaskets: Regularly inspect and replace mechanical seals O-rings and gaskets to ensure vacuum integrity and prevent leakages in aseptic processing lines.
Conveyor & Gearbox Alignment: Maintain and align high-speed conveyor systems and gearboxes to ensure smooth movement of vials and ampoules minimizing breakage.
Aseptic Area Discipline: Perform maintenance tasks within Grade A/B areas following strict aseptic entry protocols ensuring all tools used are sterilized/autoclaved before entry.
Lubrication & Spare Management: Ensure the use of Food-Grade/Pharma-Grade lubricants for all moving parts and maintain a critical spares inventory to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Logbook Documentation: Accurately record all maintenance activities parts replaced and machine Down Time in the equipment history cards and maintenance logbooks.
