Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processing accurately and timely
- Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics for staff development
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database to ensure data integrity
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience in HR roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
- Experience working in the industry sector
- Advanced knowledge of HR software systems
