Moore Digital Print & Mail Center in Tulsa is seeking a driven relationship-focused Account Executive in fundraising to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business managing client relationships and delivering tailored print and mail solutions that meet our customers business needs.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced consultative sales environment.
Job Summary: The Account Executive (AE) has a strong understanding of creative design production and data strategy with a result-oriented perspective. The AE works closely with the Account Director to understand the clients overall objectives and budget; and in turn is responsible for leading and ensuring the FG Sheriffs team is creating and executing fundraising and marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner in a fast-paced multi-channel environment. The AE is resourceful analytical creative and organized to identify and implement solutions to improve internal efficiencies that will lead to the growth of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to understand clients long-term objectives goals and requirements.
- Lead team meetings to develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand fundraising programs budgets etc. for assigned clients.
- Prepare implement and maintain a mail plan for assigned accounts to identify what short and long-term goals should be met and how to meet them.
- Develop budgets and reports with assigned clients and provide projections forecasting the cash flow (donations & mailing costs) and donor activity.
- Contact clients on a regular basis to maintain client relationships.
- Serve as point of escalation for issues or activities that the client encounters and expedite the resolution of client problems/complaints.
- Prepare and conduct presentation for clients.
- Contribute to annual business planning by providing client trends and sharing future client needs.
- Develop short-term strategic plans designed to ensure client satisfaction by identifying customer issues and offering creative and timely solutions to those issues
- Develop and implement new and innovative approaches to provide expand or improve current practices.
- Sustains knowledge of current postal regulations and print technologies.
- Utilizes internal proprietary software for data related reports.
- Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to position.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work.
- All other duties assigned.

- Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who will take initiative and follow through on projects.

- Train and learn the full fulfillment process from data entry to lettershop.

- Good decision-making skills such as cutting costs and expanding company business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
- 5 years of agency and direct response experience and nonprofit fundraising knowledge a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.
