Senior Account Executive (Field-Based)
Location: New York City Metro Area (NYC Long Island Southern Westchester)
Reporting To: Director of Sales
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive wholesale business growth across the New York City metro region. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities strengthening existing customer relationships and increasing product sales within licensed retail accounts.
This role is ideal for a motivated and independent sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of revenue results. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline closing new accounts and growing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new wholesale accounts within the assigned territory

Build strong relationships with business owners buyers and key decision-makers
-
Manage and grow an active portfolio of wholesale customers
-
Increase product presence and reorder frequency within existing accounts
-
Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
-
Track and forecast weekly and monthly sales performance
-
Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers (3 4 days per week in the field)

Support retail partners through product education and merchandising initiatives
-
Provide regular updates on sales activities opportunities and challenges
-
Work closely with internal teams to support territory growth
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
-
Experience in wholesale or distribution sales preferred
-
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
-
Experience managing a structured sales pipeline
-
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting
-
Must be 21 years or older
-
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
