Senior Account Executive (Field-Based)

Location: New York City Metro Area (NYC Long Island Southern Westchester)
Reporting To: Director of Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive wholesale business growth across the New York City metro region. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities strengthening existing customer relationships and increasing product sales within licensed retail accounts.

This role is ideal for a motivated and independent sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of revenue results. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline closing new accounts and growing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new wholesale accounts within the assigned territory

  • Build strong relationships with business owners buyers and key decision-makers

  • Manage and grow an active portfolio of wholesale customers

  • Increase product presence and reorder frequency within existing accounts

  • Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Track and forecast weekly and monthly sales performance

  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers (3 4 days per week in the field)

  • Support retail partners through product education and merchandising initiatives

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities opportunities and challenges

  • Work closely with internal teams to support territory growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience

  • Experience in wholesale or distribution sales preferred

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals

  • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
