Job Summary

Your Team Responsibilities

Youll be part of MSCIsAnalytics/Private Capital Solutions Sales team a collaborative and high-performing group responsible for helping clients adopt MSCIs industry-leading risk and performance analytics solutions. The team works closely with pension plans across the Americas to deliver insights that improve investment outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist/ Junior Sales Associate you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of MSCIs Analytics business. Youll work alongside senior sales professionals to engage prospective and existing clients identify new business opportunities and help clients understand how MSCIs analytics tools can enhance their investment processes.

This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience in financial markets or B2B sales who is eager to build a long-term career in investment analytics and client engagement.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with senior sales executives to support all stages of the sales process from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients across the Americas region.
  • Prepare tailored client presentations proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Support client meetings and product demonstrations by developing a strong understanding of MSCIs Analytics offerings including risk models performance attribution and portfolio construction tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and assist with pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management client coverage and marketing to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Analyze client portfolios and usage data to identify opportunities for expansion and increased adoption.

What Were Looking For

  • 12 years of experiencein financial services analytics investment research or B2B sales.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
  • Strong understanding or interest in quantitative investment analytics portfolio management and risk management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • High motivation to learn collaborate and develop a career in a global organization.
