Data & AI Enablement Lead

An opportunity has arisen for a data and analytics professional to step into a business-facing leadership role as Data & AI Enablement Lead within our Data & AI function. The role combines hands-on analytics delivery with responsibility for driving adoption building data literacy and ensuring the organisation extracts full value from our data platform investment.

The position involves bridging technical capability and business outcomes translating data products into real-world impact through dashboards AI-powered analytics and self-service solutions while leading team members and championing change management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver last-mile analytics: Translate data products into business outcomes through dashboards reports and AI-powered analytics that solve real problems
• Build self-service capabilities: Create Power BI dashboards analytical models and Snowflake Intelligence configurations (Cortex Analyst Agents) that put data directly in users hands
• Lead and develop the team: Set clear expectations provide regular feedback and support career growth for direct reports
• Drive adoption and data literacy: Deliver training create enablement content and onboard users so they can self-serve confidently
• Champion change management: Understand the human side of transformation address resistance and bring people on the journey to data and AI adoption
• Surface opportunities proactively: Engage stakeholders to identify problems that data and AI can solve becoming the go-to person for how can data help me conversations
• Measure and communicate value: Track adoption capture success stories and demonstrate tangible business impact from data initiatives

The role suits someone with a consulting mindset & strong technical foundations in analytics and BI who thrives on business engagement and is energised by helping others succeed with data & AI.

Qualifications :

• Power BI proficiency: Building dashboards reports and semantic models; enabling business users with self-service analytics.
• Snowflake & SQL skills: Comfortable querying data understanding data models and working with cloud data warehouse concepts.
• Snowflake Intelligence / Cortex: Ability to define semantic views & configure natural language querying tools (Cortex Analyst Agents) for business users.
• Data & AI consulting or advisory background: Experience partnering with stakeholders to turn data into decisions and outcomes. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Training & enablement capability: Experience creating learning content running workshops and uplifting non-technical users.
• Generative AI awareness: Understanding of GenAI capabilities and how to apply them to business problems.
• Relationship building: Skilled at building trust and credibility across all levels of the business becoming a go-to partner for data and AI questions.
• Change management: Understanding of the human side of transformation - ability to address resistance bring people on the journey and drive sustained behaviour change.
