We believe that great deals begin with great talent and teams. Our Talent and Organizational Performance team serves as the conduit between Blackstone deal team professionals and our portfolio company executive teams advising on the most critical people and organizational issues.
Role Overview:
Based in London the Talent and Organizational Performance Professional will play an instrumental role in driving growth across the portfolio. They will work closely with Blackstones private equity portfolio companies advising them on all aspects of talent management including talent diligence recruiting compensation succession planning retention team building and performance management. This includes providing expertise around network cultivation and successful recruitment of C-level and Board portfolio company talent including talent mapping sourcing search firm selection candidate assessment selection and onboarding as well as ongoing performance monitoring.
