Essential Functions
- Design and own the end-to-end recruiting system across the organization
- Standardize role profiles deal-breakers interview scripts and scorecards
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations using UKG and other tools
- Audit recruiter decisions and documentation for compliance
- Enforce strict hiring standards with no exceptions
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics including quality of hire and retention
- Produce regular recruiting performance reports for leadership on monthly basis
- Correct deviations through retraining or escalation
- Create and supervise training program for hiring managers
Qualifications
- Enterprise or multi-site recruiting leadership experience
- Strong systems and process design background
- Experience managing recruiters or recruiting operations
- Advanced ATS experience; UKG strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and enforcement-oriented mindset

Salary is based on experience skills and qualifications up to 140K annually
