Job Summary
My client needs a proven Quality Engineering Leader to lead a group of 50 working on-site near KCMO (Paid Relo Available if needed). Ideally this person will have experience in high-volume plastics injection molding manufacturing but similar high-volume environments leading large teams will be considered.

Job Details:
- On-site daily (KCMO area...15-30 minutes pay relo if needed)
- $140K-$170K Annual Bonus Eligibility (usually 10-15%)
- Comprehensive Benefits 401K with 4.5% match PTO and Paid Holidays
Ideal Qualifications:
- BA/BS Engineering or similar
- CQM or CQE highly preferred (Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt considered)
- Quality/people leadership (10-20 direct reports leading teams of 40-50)
- High-Volume Plastics Injection Molding manufacturing environment
- CMM/VMM and metrology experience/knowledge
- Automated Assembly High-volume/low-mix
- QMS ISO Standards APQP PPAP FMEA 8-D SPC RCAs Kaizen/5S Lean Six Sigma/CI methodologies etc.
