Cardiac (Electrophysiology) Advanced Practitioner (APRN/PA) Opening - Danbury Connecticut
Danbury Hospital is seeking a full-time Cardiac Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (sub-specialty in Electrophysiology) to join our Arrhythmia Service at Danbury Hospital.The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with mostly outpatient coverage. No evenings weekends or call.Danbury islocatedabout 60 miles northeast of New York City in suburban Fairfield County and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New collaboration with physicians and team members the Advanced Practitioner provides direct care to those patients with cardiac rhythm disorders and related conditions. The APRN also provides evaluation and care to patients with implanted cardiac rhythm devices.
The ideal candidate will be aboard certifiedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior cardiac care experience preferred and a working knowledge of implantable cardiac devices and EP procedures.New graduates are welcome to apply.Position includes outpatient and inpatient care.
