Job Summary

Instructional CoachOrange East Supervisory Union (OESU) is seeking a dynamic Instructional Coach to enhance teaching efficacy and student achievement across grades pre-K12. This role focuses on a personalized collaborative and non-evaluative growth model while overseeing the districts mentoring program. The Instructional Coach reports directly to the Director of Curriculum Instruction and ResponsibilitiesCollaborative Coaching: Work alongside teachers and administrators to model effective instructional strategies and provide personalized Learning: Facilitate professional development sessions and foster a strengths-based culture of continuous -Informed Leadership: Support educators in using student-centered data to guide instructional : Oversee and manage the Supervisory Unions mentoring program for new educators. Compensation is determined by the districts collective bargaining agreement which considers factors such as degree level and years of service. Note that the OEEA contract for the 2026/27 school year is currently under negotiation. This compensation range is based on the current pay scale. This compensation range is provided in accordance with Vermonts Pay Transparency Law and reflects a good-faith estimate. Final salary may vary depending on qualifications licensure and other relevant factors.
