Lead Market Development Initiatives - Execute key market development strategies to advance the utilisation of Medtronicaorticstenosistreatmentvalveclinicefficienciesreferrer awarenessprogramsand patient outreach initiatives.
Create a strong value proposition with key customerstodevelop relationshipsand underline Medtronic as a leader in the Aortic Stenosis space.
Develop relationships with GPliaisonofficers to ensurestrong partnerships with hospitalsto provide education andassistin developingreferral networks to gettimelytreatment for Aortic Stenosis.
Work to increase awareness and acceptance of market development programs toassistin driving key clinical pathways improvedoutcomesand device utilisation. Programs like (but not limited to):Therapy AwarenessClinical Referral channels digital platformsEconomic valuevalveclinic through-putreferral simplificationchannelsetc.
Partner withtheMarketingManager on the creation and dissemination of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians hospital executives TAVI coordinators and General Practitionersto increase public awareness and clinical pathway development for aortic stenosis.
Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop and implement action plans for targeted disease states.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to create and manage action plans regarding the identification development and partnership of KOLs.
Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing on customer expansion strategies and opportunities to reach new physicians.
Work across the SH division to actively promote wider therapiesacross Medtronic.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in market development or sales within the medical device or pharma industry.
Demonstrabletrack recorddevelopingbusinessplans& goal setting
Understanding oflocal health care requirements (outcomes research cost etc.)
Willingness and ability to learn complex technical information. Ability to interpret clinical data.
