Job Description: Operations Analyst at Del Toro Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational workflows across underwriting claims policy administration and customer service.
- Collect interpret and report operational performance metrics (KPIs SLAs productivity).
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with underwriting claims IT finance and compliance teams.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operational risks and support compliance with insurance regulations.
- Support quality assurance reviews and audit preparation.
- Participate in system upgrades and process testing.
Required Qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of insurance operations (claims underwriting policy lifecycle).
- Experience with SQL Power BI Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
