Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws.
Monitor legal amendments and guide HR/management on changes.
2. Payroll & Statutory Returns
Ensure accurate statutory deductions and timely payments.
Prepare and file all statutory returns without delays or penalties.
3. Inspections Audits & Liaison
Manage labour PF ESI inspections and audits.
Coordinate with authorities consultants and legal advisors.
4. Registers Records & Documentation
Maintain and update all statutory registers and records.
Ensure audit-ready and digitised compliance documentation.
5. Contract Labour Compliance
Ensure contractors comply with statutory requirements.
Verify licenses challans returns and conduct audits.
6. Employee Support & Advisory
Resolve employee queries on statutory benefits.
Support HR in legally compliant disciplinary actions.
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare compliance MIS and management reports.
Identify risks and recommend corrective actions proactively.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong labour law and HR compliance knowledge
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Effective stakeholder coordination and communication
Ethical and process-driven approach
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in HR/Law/Commerce or related field
Labour law certification preferred
36 years HR compliance experience (manufacturing/retail/FMCG/F&B)
Tools & Systems
Payroll systems and HRMS
MS Excel
EPFO & ESIC portals
Additional Details :
1. Working Days: 6 days (Sunday Off)
2. Gender Preference: Male / Female
3. Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
4. Salary: 37000 LPA CTC
5. Location: Marine Lines
6. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
7. Interview Process: Face-to-face (2 to 3 rounds)
8. Payroll Company: Talisman HR Solutions
9. Age Bracket: Up to 40 years
Contract period auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
