Location: Hybrid. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week and may travel up to 50% to client locations.

What you get to do in this role:

Own and Drive Specific Initiatives:

  • Take ownership of 1-3 major initiatives within the Delivery Acceleration portfolio (e.g. AI product launchesmethodologyrollouts tool integrations platform builds)
  • Build comprehensive project plans with clear milestones dependencies resource requirements and success criteria
  • Drive day-to-day executionrunning working sessions tracking progress managing risks and ensuring teams have what they need to deliver
  • Make real-time decisions on scope timeline and resource trade-offs in collaboration with technical leaders and stakeholders
  • Hold teams accountable to commitments whilemaintainingstrong collaborative relationships built on mutual respect

Manage Technical Complexity:

  • Understand the technical architecture integration points and dependencies across AI products internal systems third-party tools and the ServiceNow platform
  • Anticipate technical risks and work with engineering teams to develop mitigation strategies before problems escalate
  • Facilitate technical design discussions and decision-making without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room
  • Translate technical complexity into clear status updates and implications for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ask the right questions to surface hidden dependencies resource constraints or architectural concerns early

Collaborate Across Delivery Acceleration:

  • Partner withPortfolio andProgram Managementto ensure your initiatives align with overall portfolio strategy timelines and resource plans
  • Work peer-to-peer with other Technical Project Managers toidentifycross-initiative dependencies and coordinate sequencing
  • Build strong working relationships with technical leaders
  • Coordinate with GlobalAcceleration and ModernizationPMO OCM and Metrics teams to ensure your initiatives integrate with broader A&M transformation efforts
  • Contribute project status risks and learnings to portfolio-level reporting and decision-making forums

Drive Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholderstechnical teams business leaders end users and external vendors
  • Run effective working sessions that drive decisions not just status updatescoming prepared with options recommendations and clear asks
  • Communicate project statustransparentlycelebratingwins surfacing risks early and proposing solutions rather than just reporting problems
  • Manage stakeholder expectations proactively especially when scope timeline or resources need adjustment
  • Build trust through follow-through technical credibility and honest communication

Navigate Ambiguity and Change:

  • Operate effectively in environments where requirements evolve priorities shift and the right answerisntalways clear
  • Adapt project plans quickly asnew informationemerges technologies change or business priorities shift

  • Contribute to portfolio planning cycleshelping size initiatives estimate effort and sequence work realistically
  • Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen how the organization delivers

Qualifications

  • 7 years of technical project management experience in software development AI/ML or technology consulting environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving cross-functional technical teams ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities
  • Strong technical acumenability to understand software architecture APIs data flows and integration patterns without necessarily being a developer
  • Proventrack recorddelivering results in fast-paced innovation-driven environments where change is constant
  • Excellent collaboration skillsability to work peer-to-peer with senior technical leaders and influence without direct authority
  • Project managementexpertisewith various methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall) and the judgment to apply the right approach
  • Outstanding communication skillscan explain technical concepts clearly and tailor messages for different audiences
  • ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience with enterprise workflow automation preferred
  • PMPCSA & 1-2 ServiceNow CIS Certifications required and/or completed within 120 days
