About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows integrations and automation that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
Develop workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Maintain platform reliability security and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for solution delivery.
Provide technical expertise for projects and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API).
ServiceNow certifications: CSA required CAD and ITSM/HRSD preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $81170.48 to $101463.10 with a maximum of $121755.72.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
