As an Associate Manager NPD Operations you will oversee the Product Safety EMC and Packaging Lab teams and provide day-to-day leadership to team/teams tied to the commercialization of products through testing activities. This position will work closely with the managers of other Instruments Lab teams to support predictable and efficient test management for Stryker Instruments and OrthoTech. The successful candidate will be required to build and sustain strong working relationships with the business units we support keep up-to-date key department metrics and make recommendations on resource allocations forecasting and ensuring their team is prepared to fully support the needs of the business.

What You Need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other technical field
- 6 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop technical professionals while setting clear performance expectations in direct or indirect leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of medical device (or other regulated industries) regulations and standards related to product safety including FDA and international requirements.
Travel Percentage: 10%
