Role Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative organizational and strategic support to ensure the Directors time priorities and communications are managed efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Directors calendar meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports presentations briefs and correspondence.
Screen calls emails and requests; prioritize and follow up as needed.
Coordinate board meetings executive meetings and confidential discussions.
Maintain accurate records documents and filing systems.
Assist in project coordination and tracking action items.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred.
6months years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Experience working with directors executives or board-level stakeholders is an advantage.
