Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role
To manage and continuously improve the ERP system (Oracle Fusion) and support procurement systems (Coupa) ensuring standardisation system efficiency and alignment with operational requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Support the relevant ERP module while building and maintaining a common system template
- Maintain close engagement with individual operations to understand and meet business requirements
- Improve the overall performance of Supply Chain Management within ERP and procurement systems
- Manage system interfaces related to Oracle Fusion and Coupa
- Conduct training for users and super users and maintain training materials
- Identify propose and implement system and process improvement initiatives
- Work with a small external support team to provide third-tier support
Job Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in a relevant field
- Formal training in Oracle Fusion
- Coupa system administration experience (highly advantageous)
- Project management qualification (advantageous)
- Knowledge of JDE Distribution module (beneficial)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion SCM usage and implementations
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Coupa administration
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
- Experience in business process mapping for ERP systems
- Exposure to business systems outside of ERP (e.g. mining or plant processing environments)
- Experience in databases with a detailed understanding of table structures
