REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- . (Agric) Animal Science
- . (Agric) Animal Nutrition Science will be an advantage
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 years relevant experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Formulation of broiler feeds and trial feeds
- Admin including technical sales training schedules
- On-Farm technical support of Technical Advisors and customer interaction
- Research and product development conducting trials at trial facility
- Innovation / Creativity
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Numerical skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office and others)
- Good technical and nutritional knowledge of poultry industry
- Good understanding of nutritional analytics
- Good understanding of research and development methodology
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of project management
- Strong analytical skills
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- Good problem solving ability
