BUSINESS UNIT: Operations - Clinical Support

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead end-to-end project implementation within the EAP and wellness portfolio.
- Develop business requirements specifications (BRS) for new initiatives platforms and service enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (clinical operations IT marketing finance and others).
- Monitor SLA adherence utilisation trends and service quality matrix.
- Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Manage third-party provider relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
- Support the development and enhancement of digital access channels.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification with experience in project management and/or business analysis.
- 3 5 years experience in project management within EAP healthcare or wellness environment.
- Strong understanding of the operational workings of the EAP environment.
- Experience drafting BRS and working with IT development teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
