Pro Care Unlimited by Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new hires have a smooth compliant and welcoming onboarding experience. You will be responsible for managing employment documentation supporting onboarding workflows and helping maintain high-quality hiring compliance standards. This role is onsite Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The office is address is 24725 W 12 Mile Rd Suite 200 Southfield MI 48034.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review employment packets for accuracy and completeness
- Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all required hiring documents are collected
- Review pay details and employment information with new hires
- Ensure all onboarding and credentialing requirements are met in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide a professional timely and positive onboarding experience
- Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems
- Partner with internal teams to support efficient onboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR onboarding staffing or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced process-driven environment
- Proficiency with HRIS or data-entry systems (preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or bachelors degree in HR business administration or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
The target hourly pay range for this full-time position is between $18-20/hr.
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience job-related skills and relevant education or training.
In addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
