Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3) Tunbridge Wells 35000

This refurbished nursery provides care in a calm well-structured setting where children learn through play using natural resources and thoughtfully designed spaces. The Deputy Nursery Manager works closely with the Nursery Manager holding day-to-day operational responsibility while remaining involved in practice on the floor.

Before You Apply

This role requires current or recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third in Charge.
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third in Charge
Strong understanding of EYFS safeguarding and nursery operations

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
Take operational responsibility in the Managers absence
Lead practice on the floor modelling consistent standards
Oversee safeguarding health and safety compliance

Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement
