Job Summary
As IT Vendor Manager you will
- Build strong collaborative relationships with suppliers ensuring they meet Greene Kings standards.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts SLAs renewals and amendments.
- Monitor vendor performance and lead regular reviews to maintain service quality.
- Work closely with procurement IT operations and finance to align vendor delivery with business needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement across vendor management processes.
What youll bring
- Experience in vendor management ideally within retail or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple vendors and prioritising effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance and risk management.
