Test Manager

Work set up: Hybrid (Must be eligible for BPSS clearance)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Test Manager to support a strategic and complex transformation programme for RSA Insurance Group Plc. The role requires strong delivery test management expertise across Finance and Actuarial programmes with responsibility for leading end-to-end testing across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems. The successful candidate will bring extensive QA and Quality Engineering experience a strong technical background and deep understanding of regulated insurance environments.

What you will do:

• Develop and lead the overall test strategy planning and scheduling across multiple releases within the transformation programme.
• Manage system integration testing data validation user acceptance testing regression testing and operational acceptance testing across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems.
• Collaborate with Actuarial Finance Data Governance and IT teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams including IFRS17 Actuarial Regulatory and Statutory Reporting functions.
• Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements including performance financial controls and service assurance standards.
• Support go-live readiness through detailed cutover planning and post-implementation validation to maintain operational stability.
• Oversee quality assurance governance across finance actuarial and regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with change management release planning and governance frameworks within regulated environments.

Qualifications :

• Preferably served as Test Manager or possess over 20 years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering with a technical background.
• Over 10 years of experience in delivery test management across strategic and complex transformation programmes.
• Proven experience managing Finance and Actuarial programmes.
• Strong understanding of insurance data claims processing actuarial reserving and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms ETL pipelines and enterprise reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical domains.
• Masters degree in a STEM subject.
• UK-based candidate with availability within less than one month.
