Job Summary
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile UI projects
Lead the React & Web UI development team
Plan project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Coordinate with UI/UX Backend QA and other stakeholders
Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions
Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and UI guidelines
Review code mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues
Conduct Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews)
Communicate project status to management and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
45 years of experience in Project Management and Frontend Development
Strong hands-on experience in React JS and React Native
Excellent knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6)
Experience working with REST APIs and frontend state management
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI Bootstrap Tailwind etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience in client-facing roles
