Job Summary

About the Role


We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive HR Coordinator for a threemonth contract to support our HR team. This role will contribute to projects that advance the organizations Human Resources goals and will manage specific initiatives as assigned.


Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in the development maintenance and administration of systems supporting foundational HR programs including HRIS employee data and benefits administration.
  • Assist with an HRIS implementation project including data transfer configuration and validation.
  • Support recruitment activities such as conducting reference checks and scheduling interviews.
  • Process and maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation in compliance with legislation and HR best practices.
  • Provide information and guidance to employees to support understanding of corporate and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and support analytics and reporting activities.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare employment letters monthly newsletters and other HR communications.


You Bring

  • Previous experience supporting HR programs systems or implementations.
  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or BambooHR a strong asset.
  • CHRP designation in progress a strong asset.
