Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5
Join a small but dynamic 5-person Psychology and Social Sciences team
Take a lead role in curriculum planning and assessment
Foster strong student progress and attainment in Psychology
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and consistency
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners including SEND
Take initiative in resource creation and lesson innovation
Psychology Teacher Person Specification:
1:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK university
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Proven ability to manage behaviour confidently
Experience or confidence supporting students with SEND
Proactive flexible and a strong team player
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ambition to progress into middle or senior leadership
