About the Role
As a Business Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 while supporting students academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching GCSE and A-Level Business delivering practical and theory lessons

• Planning and delivering structured engaging lessons that develop knowledge skills and confidence

• Assessing student progress and providing clear constructive feedback

• Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners

• Supporting curriculum development and creating innovative resources

• Contributing to enrichment activities enterprise projects and competitions

• Promoting positive learning behaviours and maintaining a safe inclusive classroom environment

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a degree in Business Economics or a related subject

• Possess QTS or PGCE

• Have experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Business

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Business

• Have excellent classroom management communication and organisational skills

• Be committed to supporting student achievement and personal development
