Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Project Manager with 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will lead the planning execution and delivery of Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) works for large-scale semiconductor projects. This role requires deep technical expertise proven leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA construction activities for semiconductor manufacturing facilities from initiation to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies schedules and resource plans aligned with client and business objectives.
- Oversee contractor selection procurement and management to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Construction Oversight & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor construction progress manage site activities and ensure adherence to safety quality and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections resolve technical challenges and drive timely resolution of issues and non-conformances.
- Implement robust quality control procedures and ensure all CSA works meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Cost & Schedule Control:
- Monitor project budgets and CSA-related costs ensuring financial discipline.
- Track progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
- Support integration of CSA schedules with overall project timelines using tools like Primavera P6.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants contractors and internal teams on all CSA construction matters.
- Lead project meetings prepare progress reports and communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Team Development & Mentorship:
- Build mentor and lead high-performing project teams fostering a culture of collaboration safety and excellence.
- Support the professional development of junior engineers and construction staff.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training or guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote safety quality and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors/Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering Construction Management or related field
Experience:
- 20 years in CSA construction/project management roles within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high-tech/semiconductor facilities.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles building codes and international standards.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (Primavera P6 MS Project).
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.
- Understanding of EPC workflows quality assurance and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cleanroom construction and high-precision structural works.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
