What Is The Opportunity

We are hiring Asphalt Paving Labourers to support our Paving division in Calgary Alberta for the 2026 Construction Season.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Must have good manual skills and strength required to perform all laborer type duties.
• Must possess ability to work both supervised and unsupervised and have strong communication skills.
• Continually required to reach pull carry grab pull and lift.
• Must possess both good strength and good endurance as work performed in all types of weather conditions.
• Must Maintain a valid Class 5 Drivers License.
• Ability to work weekends and/or night shift.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Must comply with the companys drug & alcohol program including testing requirement.
