- Responsible for the P&C Operations at Anantara Kalutara and Avani Kalutara resorts in Sri Lanka.
- Ensure compliance with housing health & safety and regulatory requirements of the housing complex.
- Oversee allocations of the housing complex
- You will need to make things happen you will be a pivotal role in People & Culture team assisting in the key processes that ensure the success of the department.
- You will be involved with driving team member engagement and communication.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our team members throughout their journey.
- Further you will be involved in CSR activities preparing reports and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
- At least 2-3 years of experience in human resources work in a star-class hotel.
- A relevant qualification in housing management or equivalent experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently to deliver results & to perform a wide range of multi-tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- A team player with the confidence to take the lead
- Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
