HII-Mission Technologies is seeking current college students to apply for our Summer Internship Program located in Honolulu HI!
HII is seeking Interns to take part in our growing Workforce Development Program! We are looking for driven and goal-oriented individuals who are interested in breaking into the defense this program HII will offer you the opportunity to learn from subject matter experts within the technology and intelligence fields and exposure to the world of private government experts will provide mentorship to ensure interns complete our program with the confidence to accurately apply and perform the skills learned in this internship throughout their future careers. This internship not only provides interns the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional environment but also allows them a look at what HII and the defense industry can offer.
The 2026 Internship Program will take place for 8 weeks (6/1/2026 through 7/24/2026) in Honolulu Hawaii. Step into the world of intelligence and make a real impact supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) in the Indo-Pacific region. Over 8 exciting weeks- youll dive into expert-led briefings and sharpen essential skills to tackle AI/ML problem sets of the Indo-Pacific. The experience culminates in a dynamic capstone project where you and your team will apply everything youve learned. Come grown with us!
Participants may be invited to remain in the internship program for a 90-day cycle following an evaluation at the end of the term.
Target Hourly Rates:
IT Intern 1- $20.00/per hour
IT Intern 2: $21.00/per hour
IT Intern 3: $22.00/per hour
IT Intern 4: $24.00/per hour
