Position Description:
This position requires expertise in application Product Management.
Essential Duties:
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements for maximum business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering design stakeholders) to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Oversee end-to-end product development ensuring high-quality on-time delivery within budget.
- Manage vendor relationships negotiate agreements and report on budget line items.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) analyze data and user feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan and support product provisioning deprovisioning and staff training for smooth operational transitions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on product performance project status and key milestones to senior management.
Position Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science information systems and/or 4 years equivalent work experience.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles methodologies and issue resolution techniques.
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques including SQL/NoSQL.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
- Security Awareness.
- Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
- Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts as well as technical application issues.

Physical Work Classification & Demands:
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
The individual in this position will periodically walk kneel sit crouch reach stoop read/see speak push pull lift stand and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.
Walking - The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery boxes cabinets etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator copy machine phone computer and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration.
Constantly computes analyzes and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas.
Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions.
The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen.

Compensation Range (Colorado only):
$79230.00 -$83400.00
