Job Summary

Assisting in Sourcing Tender Opportunities:

Support the team in identifying and researching new tender opportunities.

Maintaining Tender and RFQ Databases: Assist with updating and managing the database of all tender and RFQ activities to ensure it remains organized and up-to-date.

Supporting Responses to RFQs RFIs and Tenders: Help draft and coordinate responses to RFQs RFIs and tender requests under supervision ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Customer Query Coordination: Assist in managing customer queries and timelines providing support in ensuring all requests are addressed efficiently.

Providing General Support to Branches/Regions: Assist with guidance to branches and regions regarding tender and RFQ processes.

Identifying and Circulating Tender Specifications: Help identify relevant tender specifications and circulate them to the appropriate team members.

Information Gathering from Stakeholders: Support the gathering of essential information from internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of tender and RFQ documents.

Managing the RFQ and Tender Register: Assist in maintaining the RFQ and Tender register/dashboard.

Document Delivery Support: Help ensure all completed documents are prepared and delivered on time.

Validity Extension Requests: Assist with handling requests for validity extensions in coordination with the team.

Extracting Key Points from Tenders: Support the extraction of key points from tender documents and forward relevant information to project managers and team members.

Responding to SBD Form Requests: Help manage requests for Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.

Managing IPS/Ariba and Tradeworld Inquiries: Assist in handling inquiries on these platforms under supervision.

Orderlogistics File Updating: Help update and upload Orderlogistics files to keep them current.

Supporting Pricing and Discounts: Assist with loading and managing discounts on MFG and help maintain the Master Price File.
