Role Overview

We are looking for aSenior Application Production Support Engineerto join aglobal Cash Equities Execution support team responsible for maintaining and supporting ahigh-performance trading execution platformused by internal trading desks and external clients.

This role offers direct exposure tofinancial markets stock exchange infrastructures and algorithmic/high-frequency trading environments working withlow-latency systemsand advanced monitoring technologies. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate aboutproduction stability incident management and mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and supportthe Cash Equities Execution platform ensuring high availability and optimal performance

Build improve and maintain monitoring solutionsto proactively detect and resolve issues

Deploy production changeswith precision minimizing service disruption

Act as akey interface with traders developers and technical teamsto support continuous improvement

Manage incidents end-to-end including root cause analysis and detailed reporting

Maintain high service levels in afast-paced time-critical trading environment

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience inApplication Production Support

Solid knowledge ofUnix/Linux environments

Understanding ofnetwork technologies and protocols (TCP / UDP)

Scripting skills(Unix/Linux Shell Python Perl; C/C/Java is a plus)

Basic SQL knowledge

Log management tools: Splunk ELK Stack Graylog Loki

Network monitoring tools: Corvil

Databases: Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL/MariaDB KDB/q
