Role Overview

We are looking for anAI Governance and Change Analystto join a dynamic and evolving environment playing a key role inAI governance strategic planning and change management initiatives.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset attention to detail and the ability to operate at the intersection ofgovernance strategy and organizational change supporting senior stakeholders and transversal teams.

You will actively contribute to shaping governance frameworks monitoring strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with policies regulations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support thedevelopment and execution of strategic plans and initiatives

Conductresearch and analysisto support informed decision-making

Monitor and report on the progress ofstrategic projects and change initiatives

Collaborate with multiple departments todesign and deploy change management actions

Ensure compliance withgovernance frameworks internal policies and regulations

Preparereports dashboards presentations and documentationfor senior management and stakeholders

Design and monitorKPIs and dashboardsto track impacts and performance

Required Experience & Technical Skills

Proven experience inAI governance corporate governance strategic planning or similar roles

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

Solid proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel PowerPoint Word)

Ability to managemultiple priorities simultaneously with autonomy and structure

Strongorganizational communication and stakeholder management skills

Languages

English Fluent (C1C2) Mandatory
