Job Summary
CAE one of the largest business aviation training facilities is looking for an Administrative Invoicing Analyst Intern in our Irving TX this role you will reconcile invoices and help to define processes for continuous improvement.
Description
- Reconcile invoices and support process definition for continuous improvement.
- Perform project-based work including flight tracking software sales order/contract/billing reconciliation.
- Assist ongoing projects and deliverables under the guidance of the team lead.
- Support documentation updates and ensure accuracy of records.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the teams objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
