Position Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service operations for mobile power
generation equipment including installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair. This role ensures
service quality technician performance customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and regulatory
standards.
Essential Functions:
ï Lead and manage service operations for mobile/temporary power systems across customer sites and
internal projects
ï Supervise schedule and support field service technicians to ensure timely high-quality service delivery
ï Oversee equipment commissioning diagnostics repairs and preventive maintenance of mobile
generators and related components
ï Serve as the technical escalation point for complex field issues supporting root cause analysis and
resolution
ï Ensure compliance with safety protocols industry regulations and environmental standards
ï Coordinate parts inventory maintenance schedules and service documentation
ï Maintain customer relationships by responding to service needs and ensuring satisfaction
ï Track service and performance metrics reporting regularly to leadership
ï Coach and mentor employee development
ï Support business development by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service proposals
or contracts
ï Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Physical Demands
ï Required to walk sit and stand for long periods of time
ï Push lift and carry up to 50 lbs
ï Bend stoop kneel and move intermittently throughout the day
ï May be exposed to fumes odors dust moving mechanical parts and vehicles
ï Exposure to extreme weather conditions such as heat cold rain snow and ice
ï Exposure to potentially hazardous areas such as oil rigs construction sites and heavy machinery
Minimum Education Requirements:
Technical degree or certification in electrical system power generation or closely related field
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years of power generation service or field operations at least two (2) of which were in a
supervisory role
OR equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the duties of the job
Other:
This position is safety sensitive. It is subject to pre-employment and/or periodic background checks motor
vehicle records (MVR) and drug testing.
